This year, Breakin' It Down's conference will return in-person at N EIU's Jacob H. Carruthers Center for Inner City Studies in accordance with CDC and local guidelines.
The Carruthers Center is located at 700 East Oakwood Boulevard in Chicago's historic Bronzeville neighborhood. .
PARKING
The Carruthers Center has a parking for visitors in the Blue Zone for $5 for the day.
PUBLIC TRANSPORTATION
The Carruthers Center is accessible using public transportation, CTA Bus Lines No. 4 Cottage Grove (East-West) and No. 39 Pershing (North-South). Guests can take the CTA Green Line train to the Indiana Avenue stop and connect with the CTA Bus No. 39.
