BID Non-Solicitation Policy

The BID Conference is designed as a collegial learning and networking space for diverse professionals and leaders -  including nonprofit professionals, grantmakers, consultants,  - from across the nonprofit and philanthropic sectors. We strive to ensure all participants feel welcome and comfortable, and are able to engage fully in the opportunities such a gathering provides.  BID enforces a  strict policy prohibiting the solicitation of grants, donations, or business.  No grant inquiries, requests for funding, or requests for business are allowed at the Conference, except in approved areas.  The BID conference participants expect that participation in the conference will not result in future solicitations unless the participant  specifically invites future contact.  Accordingly, we ask that all participants at the BID conference refrain from using attendee lists or similar information for solicitation purposes without the express permission of the BID Planning Committee.   Anyone found in violation of this policy will be asked to leave the conference, and no fees will be refunded.

Your cooperation is appreciated.
