Improving the quality of life of our under-recognized communities in the Chicago area calls for unity in diversity and the combined efforts of funders, sponsors, companies, communities, and donors. We simply could not do this without you.
Our object is to help by contributing to the economic empowerment and inclusive mobility of our communities and the career quality of the nonprofit professionals and volunteers who serve them. With your support, we accomplish this through relevant programming to actively strengthen professional development and organizational capabilities, such as fundraising capabilities, fund development and resources, and mission impact. Thank you

Grand Victoria Foundation is committed to being a statewide leader in fostering racial justice throughout Illinois. Central to our approach is "community power-building," which involves empowering communities most impacted by systemic inequities to organize, set agendas, and enact meaningful changes through collective action.
Our initiatives are grounded in a comprehensive Racial Justice Framework that prioritizes community power-building and supports leaders in advancing equity through policy, practice, and programs. By investing in these critical areas, we aim to dismantle structural barriers to equity and enhance the health, wealth, and joy of all communities, ensuring that Black people and communities of color across Illinois can thrive.
All community members in our service region deserve access to resources and opportunities that enhance their health and well-being. Yet, decades of structural racism and systemic inequities have disproportionately harmed BILPOC (Black, Indigenous, Latinx, and other People of Color) communities, leading to worse health outcomes, shorter life expectancy, and limited access to care.
We are committed to achieving health equity by addressing the root causes of these inequities. This drives our mission to support organizations and initiatives focused on local health needs and systemic solutions that improve the quality of life for those most affected by health inequities in our region
