WHY WE DO THIS EVENT

The Speed Networking With Funders program is one of the Breakin' It Down's signature professional and business development initiatives.  The program is designed to provide nonprofit professionals serving diverse communities with opportunities to strengthen network circles integral to organization success .

PARTICIPATING FOUNDATIONS, GOVERNMENT FUNDERS, AND CORPORATE GIVING AND GRANTMAKERS

Representatives from private foundations, government funders and corporate giving and grant makers from across the Chicago area participate at BID's Speed Networking With Funders. The participating list is subject to change.

FOR SPEED NETWORKING WITH FUNDERS SPEAKERS

To ensure broad participation from different funders and areas of expertise, speaker participation is by invitation only.   For more information about speakers in the Speed Networking With Funders, please visit our Speakers and Presenters page.

Your attention is greatly appreciated.

We encourage participants to prepare two to three questions they would like to ask and bring with them to the session.

The "Speed Networking with Funders" has been an overwhelmingly popular element at our BID conference featuring area funders, which enable an introduction quick enough for participants to meet philanthropic leaders, but long enough for each session to be valuable.  In order to achieve this meaningful goal, the BID Conference has a Non-Solicitation Policy.
